EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another size or style, please contact us and include the details of your order, what you'd like to exchange for, or if you'd prefer a store credit.
Once you've returned the garment we will process your exchange.
We fully stand by the quality of the products we design and it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. We offer full refunds on full-priced items, minus shipping costs, or a store credit.
We cannot provide refunds or exchanges on sale or discounted items, including those purchased during VIP and flash sales.
Items must be returned in original condition, must not be damaged, washed or worn, and still have original tags attached.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order delivery date in Australia.
For International purchases please ensure to contact us within 14 days of receipt and then return the items. Items not received, or without notification for international returns within this period will not be accepted.
Return shipping is payable by you, except for faulty or damaged items, in which case the return postage will be credited back to you.
We cannot take responsibility for missing goods without proof of delivery to us, so we recommend using a trackable method to ensure safe delivery.
Please note that banking clearance times vary, so please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet the above conditions once assessed.

If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, we will issue a store credit. Please note that your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand, and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
We are unable to offer partial refunds. The store credit will be for the total value of the item(s) returned.
Please note that no refunds will be processed on Afterpay orders.
